Pressure sensitive taping machine for sealing seams

-Dependable continuous sealing - a two-ply tape is being unwinded, the cover tape is being upwinded synchronously to the gluing process

-No heat influence on the sewing material = minimal effect on the visible side

-Very low energy consumption – no hot-air blowing device required

-The application of the tape is reversible: It can be removed again immediately after application and achieves maximum strength after just a few hours

-The process (linked with the process result) is speed-independent – as an operator you can go slowly and quickly

-Application with differential feed is possible: Different speeds with the two rollers enables a wrinkle-free application

-Different parameter sets can be saved and recalled by a programme key

Field of application

-Sealing sewn seams in the car’s interior, especially on dashboards with a sensitive visible side

-Sealing thermally sensitive seams
