10- (12-) needle longarm special machine  (heavy version)

-Extreme sturdy machine concept ensures a reliable work

-Clearance under the machine arm: 625-L – 650 mm (optional up to 1.000 mm); 625-EH – 1,000 mm

-Puller with driven roller Pneum. presser foot lift and puller lift (operated by hand)

-Thread draw-off device for tension free and twistfree draw-off of the sewing threads

-Tension- and puckering free processing of polyamide, polyester and viscose fabric

-Materials are layed in min. 2 layers

-Independent of air, therefore highly mobile and deployable in production (compressor is integrated)

-Web pass height: 850 mm – fold-away table top, divided in front and behind the sewing machine

-Guiding rail for needle bar for manual fixation of the fabric in an angle of 90° towards the machine head

-Integrated material pre-punching in front of the sewing tools for a correct sewing process (only 625-EH)

Field of application

Sewing light transport belt fabric as well as tire cord fabric and dipped liner (2 layers, approx. 6,000 dtex)
