Programmable ltrasonic sealing machine with rolling sonotrode

-NEW: In addition to the regulation of speed and welding energy, the new 8311 allows the force measured during welding to be measured and kept constant

-Smart functions: Seam end detection, ply detection (e.g. cross seams)

-Seam distances or operating cycles can be programmed (sequence welding)

-Most of thermoplastic sheets, laminates, textiles and non-wovens are weldable

-Equipped with differential feed; separate drive for sonotrode and anvil wheel; that means smooth, nondistorted seams or the possibility of adding a some fullness

-Touch screen – user-friendly operation with pictograms: Single segments and complete processes are programmable

-Versatile platform for various options: Motorized puller, simple parallel puller, lighting from above and below, seam cooling (from above and below) etc.
