KL 980 Ultrasonic Welding System for Filter Pocket Manufacture

Special Manufacturing System for filter pockets out of  synthetic materials. For manufacture of single filter pockets out of synthetic material with  constant or tapered pocket design with spacers out of non-woven  material, spacer design Top Spacer or Diamond Spacer. Alternatively,  simple pocket designs without spacers can be manufactured.

• Filter pockets for air filtration in different filtration classes, especially for use of heavy and dense filter media

• Unwind system for up to 3 rolls of material

• Ultrasonic tooling with pneumatic actuation for welding of dense filter media, weld seam width 6 - 8 mm

• Solid frame for take-up of welding components, electromotive adjusting for different pocket lengths 

• Integrated round knife cutting system for length cutting

• Plate shears cutting system 

• Recipe controlled cutting of pockets in the side seam
